We understand that every child is different in ability and delivery method.  Many children benefit from an engaging 1:1 training session whilst others respond better the social aspects of a group environment.

1:1 Coaching

Private sessions allows us to focus on your child's individual development.  We closely monitor their progress with feedback and session reports.

What's Involved?  

We will invite the player down for a professional assessment.  During this session we will ask the player to perform drills and take part in several one on one attacking and defensive scenarios.  Once we have established their ability we will create a programme tailored their strengths and weaknesses.

How long are sessions? 

A session lasts for 1 hour/ 1 hour 30 minutes..

What level does my child have to be? 

We cater our coaching sessions to suit any level.  From beginners to elite players.

Group Session

Group Academy

Academy sessions are smaller than the weekly drop-in, giving our coaches more time to focus on the players development.

What's Involved?

We will schedule a group assessment.  During this session, offensive and defensive drills will be carried out to determine technical ability and confidence.  Once we have established the ability of the group we will create a training programme that focuses on the key strengths and weaknesses whilst developing their technical understanding of the game.

How long are sessions?

A group session lasts for 1 hour.

What level does my child have to be?

We cater to all abilities and endeavour to place players within groups of a similar standard so they will get the most out the sessions.

Coaching_Weekly DropIn

Weekly Drop In

Larger group sessions that provide a fun environment for your child to develop their skills and participate in games.  Fifteen children per coach.

What's Involved?

Simply contact us to reserve a spot at any of our locations.  Players will participate in group drills to improve their agility, movement and ball control.  The closing 15 minutes will be a game set-up to allow the players to put their practice into play.

How long are sessions?

1 Hour

What level does my child have to be?  

Sessions are open to all abilities..  We group the session by age group.
